At True North Unbounded, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality custom products. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot offer refunds. However, if there is an issue with your order, we are committed to resolving it promptly.

Returns and Reprints

Eligibility for Reprints

If you receive a product that is defective or does not match the specifications of your order, please contact our customer service team within 15 days of receiving your order. Issues eligible for reprints include:

  • Printing errors
  • Product defects
  • Damage during shipping

How to Request a Reprint

  1. Contact Customer Service: Contact us with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.
  2. Provide Documentation: Attach photos of the defective or incorrect product to help us understand the problem.
  3. Resolution Process: We will review your request and, if approved, will arrange for a reprint of the affected items.

Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are custom-made to your specifications, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect orders due to customer error
  • Custom products with no defects


Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, production begins, and we cannot accommodate cancellations.

Shipping Issues

If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
